Any Doctor would be happy to address your emergency needs. If you are unable to contact one particular Doctor, please attempt to contact one of the other Doctors.

Note: Appointments are scheduled exclusively for one patient at a time. While our staff makes every effort to confirm appointments, each patient is responsible for keeping scheduled appointments. If you must break an appointment, please give us at least one full business day of notice to avoid a broken appointment charge of $35 per hour or fraction of the scheduled hour.

Methods of Payment

For payment in full at time of service, we offer a 5% courtesy discount to patients without insurance or patients who choose to file their own insurance documents.
For established patients who prefer to receive billing statements, payment in full is due upon receipt of statement.
Financing options are available. Please ask for information in advance of treatment.
There is a 1.5% per month service charge (or a $2.00 billing fee, whichever is greater) on balances over 30 days past due.

Dental Insurance
We are pleased to accept all traditional indemnity insurance and will assist in filing insurance claims. However, charges are the responsibility of the patient to settle in full, regardless of insurance circumstances.
