At Watermark Dental, the time scheduled for each appointment is held exclusively for you and we strive to allow enough time for each patient to have a comfortable visit. Our office has regularly scheduled appointments available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. As a courtesy, we send email and text appointment reminders to patients twice before scheduled appointments to allow the opportunity to reschedule and/or confirm and each patient is responsible for keeping scheduled appointments.
If you must reschedule an appointment, please give us at least one full business day of notice to avoid a canceled appointment charge of $45 per forty-five minutes of appointment time scheduled. This fee will be applied to "no show" appointments as well, so please be sure to notify us if you will not be attending your appointment.

- For payment in full at the time of services rendered, we offer a 7% courtesy discount to patients without insurance. There are exceptions to this policy. Please inquire if you have questions.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
- Financing options are available from Care Credit. Please ask for information in advance of treatment.
- There is a 1.5% per month service charge (or a $2.00 billing fee, whichever is greater) on balances over 30 days past due.

Dental Insurance Claims Filing
As a courtesy to our patients, we are pleased to file dental claims for traditional indemnity insurance. However, charges incurred remain the responsibility of the patient to pay in full, regardless of insurance circumstances. Balances not paid within 30 days of the service date will be subject to a 1.5% per month service charge (or a $2.00 billing fee, whichever is greater).
